A backbone in all of our projects, M-R Strat conducts research to inform strategy and policy development. Our team of Associates is well-versed in culturally sensitive research methods – we perform in-depth interviews, desktop research, online surveys, and community focus groups ensuring strategies developed are relevant, local and aligned.

Sustainability / Environment, Social and Governance (ESG)

M-R Strat is expert in constructing impactful sustainability strategies. With deep experience developing and implementing ESG strategy, M-R Strat is well-positioned to help clients navigate the ever-changing sustainability / ESG landscape. We work with clients to generate strategies for reducing GHG emissions, enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), building partnerships, and creating governance mechanisms that work for our clients.
