With deep relationships across Indigenous communities, the private sector and government, Medicine Rope Strategies is well-positioned to explore and develop solutions that benefit all parties. MR-Strat has worked with resource-based companies to develop and implement sustainable agreements leading to employment and training programs, joint ventures and formal partnerships among communities and private businesses to service large scale development projects. MR-Strat has also worked extensively brokering agreements between municipalities and Indigenous communities to form partnerships on new urban developments that ensure sound and sustainable community economic development.

Events
From one day workshops to multi-day conferences, M-R Strat creates engaging, impactful and enjoyable events. We have in-house design and printing services in addition to a registration software. MR-Strat has managed conferences of 750+ persons including pre-event marketing, registration, securing speakers, sponsorships, managing agenda, facility logistics, technology requirements, meals and transportation, protocol and off-site excursions.
Fundraising
As a niche offering, Medicine Rope takes on up to two fundraising projects per year for not for profit and/or community based organizations. We also provide capital campaign support services including market assessment and feasibility studies and case for support content and design services
